How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders that are placed / purchased before 17:00 PM WITA (Monday - Friday) will be shipped on the same day. However, if it is placed after 17:00 PM the orders will be shipped on the next business day.
Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?
Once order is placed, we are unable to change the shipping address if the order has been picked and dispatched. However, if you have entered an incorrect delivery address at the time of processing your order, please email us immediately at email@example.com or text Whatsapp us at (+62) 877 804 804 82. We will get back to you as soon as possible and try the best to help you. But we cannot guarantee our team will be able to take action on your request before your order is processed/dispatched.
Can I cancel an order?
Unfortunately, once the order is placed we cannot make any changes. We can suggest you to change an item with the same price or over if you are changing your mind to another garment.
What should I do if I receive the incorrect/faulty garment?
If you notice a fault or incorrect item, please contact us directly at email firstname.lastname@example.org / Whatsapp us at (+62) 877 804 804 82 with an image of the garment and fault along with your order number.
Can I return sale item?
Sales items cannot be exchanged or refunded. Once the order of the sale item is placed, it is clear for the customer that they agree to purchased and understood the policy.
Do you do wholesale?
Yes! Please refer to the Wholesale Page and contact us directly. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Does BONANZA offer refunds?
Bonanza does not offer any refund unless an item is deemed faulty by us. If the item is deemed faulty, Bonanza will make a new replacement of the product.
How long does it take for Pre-Order item?
Please allow up to 14 business days to process your order once you purchase. The process may be less than 14 days or if we are overloaded with request it may take longer.
